Raporda, patlaman\u0131n do\u011fal gazdan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ancak dairede olu\u015fan yo\u011fun hasar nedeniyle patlaman\u0131n olu\u015f \u015fekline ili\u015fkin kesin bulgulara ula\u015f\u0131lamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildi.<\/p>\n
Evin en \u00e7ok yatak odas\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn zarar g\u00f6rmesi nedeniyle patlaman\u0131n bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmden ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olabilece\u011finin de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi raporda, do\u011fal gaz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m \u015firketi ile bina y\u00f6netiminin herhangi bir ihmalinin s\u00f6z konusu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi.<\/p>\n
Raporda ayr\u0131ca, patlaman\u0131n, patlamada hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden ev sahibi Osman Keyinci’nin (65) ihmallerinden kaynaklanm\u0131\u015f olabilece\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne yer verildi.<\/p>\n

\u00c7orum’da Osmanc\u0131k Caddesi’ndeki Hilal Apartman\u0131’nda 3 Kas\u0131m’da do\u011fal gazdan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011ferlendirilen patlama meydana gelmi\u015f, 1 ki\u015finin hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fi patlamada yaralanan 33 ki\u015fi hastanelerde tedavi alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n
